Return Policy

Trim Rings

Trim rings can be returned at the buyers expense(buyer pays return shipping) within 12 business days of delivery provided they are undamaged. If your package arrives damaged we recommend you take a photo prior to opening and record a video of yourself opening it. In the circumstance that the items were damaged during shipping we will send you a replacement. If you are returning an item, we also suggest you mail the item back using a insured shipping method that covers the full cost of the item as we cannot accept a return if its damaged during shipping.

Print Items

Unfortunately we don’t offer returns on our print products as they are print on demand. However, in the event you receive a damaged or misprinted item, we will resend the item for free. Provided you contact us within 2 weeks of delivery along with a photo of the damaged goods/packaging. Like with any delivery, it is recommended (but not mandatory) to record yourself opening it.

Shipping

We currently offer shipping to USA, Canada & Australia. If you are interested in purchasing from a different country please contact us and let us know. If there is enough demand we will look into expanding our shipping options.
